This will include an intake manifold, exhaust manifold, turbocharger, downpipe and oil lines. The main delay is getting the exhaust manifold, oil lines and downpipe... This is expected September 2008



2. TDI conversion kit for 1.6 IDI engines. I am working on converting a 1.6 diesel to a 1.6 TDI. The kit will include a complete TDI head, TDI pistons with rings, and cylinder sleeves. This is an incredible project. I am hoping for at least a 10% increase in efficiency and 20% increase is power. You will use your old injector pump, and timing belt. I hope to offer this for under $1000. This will be a complete 1.6 engine overhaul kit. You will end up with a new 1.6 TDI engine! The prototype engine is expected to be built September 2008, but it will take me months to get all the parts for this custom engine at a good price. I am going to try and reuse the old head first. If that doesn't work, then I'll use the 1Z TDI head. The problem with using the TDI head is that the 1.6 valve cover doesn't fit the 1Z head, so I would have to provide a 1Z valve cover. The pistons are on the way to me now. I still do not have a supplier for TDI injectors, and used TDI injectors are running $200 for a set! I hope to have an engine running in late September 2008. I'll know more about the projec then. Update. Now that the M-TDI Pump is done, I can build this engine. Without an affordable M-TDI Pump, this project would be meaningless.

3. A turbo upgrade for the 1.6 NA pump. I'll offer this in July 2009. This will cost $50, and should begin testing in a week or so.

4. DONE! A totally new design for a M-TDI pump. This will be a hybrid electronic/manual pump that will put out more fuel than a Cummins 4BT pump. I'll be experimenting with this in September 2008. The M-TDI Pump is completed. It doesn't need to put out more fuel than a Cummins 4BT, but it puts out plenty for the 1.9 TDI. As far as I know, I have the best price for the MTDI Pump! My pump is tuned down version of VW's own 2.8 M-TDI pump.

5. DONE! The all new T3 large 1.6 Turbocharger will be available in September as well.

6. Jetta V Hybrid. Is is possible? No info right now on such a radical idea, but I think it can be done. I'm working on turning both the TDI and 2.5 into an electric hybrid.
7. Jetta 2.5 Turbo. This was the most common Jetta engine starting in 2006. I'm planning a turbocharger kit for under $1000. Stay tuned! 8. VNT-22 Turbo for the Jetta IV TDI. This is an expensive project, but I think it will be worth it.
