	Rebuilt 86-92 1.6 Turbo Diesel Injector Pump. All the seals have been replaced, and the feed pump pressure and the output pressure has been tested. The 86 and newer pumps have an idle advance feature linked to the cold start lever. This is not the ECO-Diesel Pump. The ECO-Diesel engine put out 59 HP, and the real turbodiesel engine (with a pump with boost enrichement) put out 70 HP. The price includes a $150 core charge. I need the same kind of pump back that you ordered. The pic is only a sample pic. I normally don’t clean the outside of my pumps. The pump is tested on a test stand where the idle is set and the output of the pump is flow matched for all the cylinders. The pump is then installed on a 1.6L VW Diesel engine and further tested on the engine. This pump has already been installed and run on a real VW 1.6 diesel engine, so you can be 100% sure that the pump will work 100% right out of the box.
